A Pasta Bar is opening on October 21st in Sunset Harbour.
It’s drawn a loyal following in SoHo since 2017, and this West Avenue location in the old Sushi Garage space is its first outside New York.
The gluten-free pasta was developed to match the regular version, and the menu also covers whole wheat, vegan, and protein-packed options, so it works for almost any diet. 🙌
The owners are calling this location A Pasta Bar 2.0, expanding beyond pasta with seafood, crudos, and grilled meats.

Hey South Beach! The pasta spot we've been waiting on for almost two years finally has an opening date. If you're new here, my name is Amara and I do video marketing for small businesses, and I keep up on all things South Beach so you don't have to.
A Pasta Bar is opening October 21st on West Avenue in the old Sushi Garage space in Sunset Harbour. This is the first location outside of New York for the family-owned SoHo restaurant that's had a cult following since 2017.
The whole restaurant is built around an open kitchen in the middle of the room with a chef's counter wrapped around it so you can watch them make fresh pasta every day. The owners are calling this location A Pasta Bar 2.0 because in addition to pasta, they're serving seafood, crudos, and grilled meats.
And personally, I am gluten-free, so I'm very excited to report that they spent six months developing a gluten-free pasta. They were focused on making it as good as regular pasta. They're also gonna have whole wheat, vegan, and protein-packed options, too.
So if you are looking for a new date night spot, book a seat at the chef's counter. It sounds like you will not be disappointed.
