MILA is a rooftop restaurant and lounge that blends Mediterranean and Asian cuisines into what the founders call MediterrAsian cooking. The space unfolds across several areas: the main rooftop dining room, an intimate ten-seat omakase room for Japanese-focused experiences, a lounge inspired by African design and tribal aesthetics, and a members-only speakeasy concept. The restaurant was envisioned by Gregory Galy and Marine Giron-Galy, who drew on their travels through the Mediterranean and Japan to shape the menu and the overall vibe.

The design throughout reflects a philosophy blending Cycladic minimalism with Japanese Wabi-Sabi, the idea of finding beauty in imperfection and impermanence. Reclaimed wood, natural stone, handmade fabrics, and artworks in metal, clay, and wood create a refined yet unpretentious setting. The kitchen focuses on bold, flavorful dishes rooted in Mediterranean and Japanese traditions, and the bar offers crafted cocktails alongside Nespresso coffee offerings.

The rooftop becomes a social gathering space in the evening, with live music and an atmosphere that shifts from dinner service to celebration. The restaurant centers on the concept of eudaimonia, a Greek word meaning the contentment and joy felt when traveling somewhere new. That philosophy shapes everything from the menu to the decor to the overall sensory experience the space is designed to create.
